What is violence?

There are several forms of violence, although physical violence is the most frequently debated and most visible form of violence. Nevertheless, violence can be psychological, physical, sexual, economic, material, and digital. If something in your life feels wrong, contact us, and let us talk about your experience and what options you have, to change the circumstances.

All examples, listed in the green box are forms of violence.

You might recognize some of these from your own life, without having thought of them as violence. But it is. And it is not okay.

A safe staying at a women shelter, can help you and your children with the all aspects, towards a life without violence.
